The specification of the gloss rainwater system in Anthracite Grey gave these four luxury homes in Cornwall a high performance rainwater system that was cost effective, easy to install and aesthetically appealing.

This small development near St Agnes in Cornwall is called Lowena Kelys – Cornish for ‘Hidden Happiness’ – was built to an exceptional standard. Each four-bed home offers stunning coastal views and features include bespoke oak staircases, underfloor heating, air source heat pumps and cedar cladding. Acting as developer and main contractor, Nova Construction’s attention to detail includes guttering which needed to combine high capacity performance with a colour that matched both the windows and doors. The Deepstyle 115mm gutter system in a gloss finish in the Anthracite Grey colour was up for the challenge. This colour choice was specifically developed to create an exact colour match to the true RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey and to perfectly complement other building accessories such as windows, doors and roofing components.
