Library given new lease of life with bespoke Dual Pitch Rooflights
Three Dual Pitch glass rooflights were recently fitted during the renovation of grade II listed building, Teddington library.
Open since 1906, the Edwardian Baroque style building, is regarded as a place of architectural and historical interest by Historic England. Each of the three rooflights were designed to protect the existing original rooflights and glass ceiling - including an Edwardian wired dome light. This solution provides protection and also allows natural daylight into the public areas of the library below providing a comfortable atmosphere to browse and read.
