Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim
The Brett Martin Group head office and main manufacturing facility is located in Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland. In addition to operating as the Group head quarters, this site is the global sales and distribution hub for the Plastic Sheet division and the regional base for the Plumbing and Drainage division in Ireland.
This plant specialises in plastics conversion. Key manufacturing competencies include thermoplastic extrusion and injection moulding. Output consists of flat, corrugated and structured plastic sheet in polycarbonate, PVC, foam PVC, aPET and acrylic, pipe extrusions, profile extrusions and injection moulded parts and fittings. It is one of the largest polycarbonate extrusion facilities in Europe.
Coventry, West Midlands
A state of the art, purpose built facility in Coventry, West Midlands is the main manufacturing and operational base for Brett Martin Rooflight Systems. Outputting over 700,000m² of rooflights every year, the Coventry site specialises in the manufacture of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) rooflight sheeting, dome rooflights and bespoke precision engineered rooflights. Taking it’s environmental responsibility seriously, this facility is the first in the Brett Martin Group to attain the environmental standard ISO 14001.
Staveley, Derbyshire
Situated in the Midlands, Staveley is ideally located as the central hub for the national sales and distribution operations of Brett Martin Plumbing and Drainage and Ariel Plastics. This site is the Brett Martin Groups main UK extrusion facility for pipes and profiles, rota moulded parts and fittings, and the production of the unique Cast Iron Style Rainwater and Soil System, Cascade.
Burscough, Lancashire
Brett Martin is the biggest UK manufacturer of multiwall polycarbonate rooflight sheet and the Burscough operation is the main supplier of cut-to-size polycarbonate roof packs, standard stock sheets and accessories for the conservatory roofing market.
