Brett Martin achieves Investors in People accreditation
Brett Martin Daylight Systems (BMDS) is delighted to announce it has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) standard accreditation, in recognition of the value and support it places for its people.
Following a rigorous assessment process, the company has achieved re-accreditation to the IIP standard which it has held consistently since 1995. The accolade demonstrates Brett Martin’s continued commitment to investing in its workforce, including its collaborative approach across internal departments and external customers, its well being strategy and home-grown development programme.
The commitment to the Investors in People Standard by an organisation is demonstration to not only grow the business but more importantly to also grow the people.
Over the past three years, Brett Martin has shown that it has invested in its apprentices, collaborated with and empowered its people through internal and one-to-one meetings and achieved bronze status for the Thrive at Work award. The company has become a learning organisation whilst core values are embedded across each department and underpin all decisions made.
Commenting on the accreditation, Tom Ogilvie, Managing Director at Brett Martin Daylight Systems, said:
“At Brett Martin we understand the value of our people and are committed to helping our employees reach their full potential. We have invested a significant amount of time and effort into listening to our staff and improving their experience. The assessment also helps us understand areas where we need to improve. As we continue to put people first, we look forward to an exciting future ahead.”
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said:
"We'd like to congratulate Brett Martin Daylight Systems. Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Brett Martin should be extremely proud of their achievement.”
