3mm Foamalux Xtra, the greener option in the Foamalux range, was used to create a very unique and striking portrait. The foam PVC that consists of a reclaimed black core topped with a co-extruded virgin white layer proved the ideal choice for General Print Materials Ltd.

Using a CNC machine with an engraving attachment, the dual coloured layers of Foamalux Xtra enabled them to create depth to the picture. The different depths and widths of the grooves, combined with the contrast of the black and white resulted in a stunning effect.
