Located in a hamlet near Kineton in Warwickshire, this former riding stable was part of Chadshunt Farm before its conversion into three luxury homes, each with four bedrooms.
When the owners decided to alter and refurbish the stable, the builder required a rainwater system which would be in keeping with the industrial sized scale of the building and remove rainwater quickly and efficiently from the large cedar tile roof.
Brett Martin’s Deepstyle 170 rainwater system was up for the challenge and builder Johnson & Johnson specified the super-sized gutter and the 105mm round downpipe to protect the converted stable by removing rainwater efficiently and protecting it from water ingress. The black colour option was chosen to complement the wood and the downpipes having been installed to sit proud of the wooden columns, have become part of the features of this unique timber framed building.
