Brett Martin is a £220 million global leader in key markets, with a central marketing department based in Mallusk. With multiple websites supporting our diverse portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Website and Digital Manager to drive our online presence forward in line with our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and deliver the company’s digital marketing strategy to meet business objectives and enhance key online channels.
  • Implement digital marketing programs across our websites, including SEO and email marketing, to expand our online community, attract new customers, and drive conversions.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends and technologies, exploring new opportunities to enhance communication and achieve business goals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduate qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record in website design, development, and optimization
  • Expertise in CMS platforms, SEO, and PPC campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis using Excel

Desirable:

  • Digital marketing qualification (e.g., CIM Postgraduate Diploma)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar database solutions

Special Aptitudes:

  • Proactive approach with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across different functions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to use initiative

Job Purpose:

  • Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy
  • Enhance online presence and engagement across key channels
  • Drive digital marketing best practices within the organization

Main Tasks and Duties:

  • Enhance website performance, design, usability, and content
  • Coordinate PPC campaigns to support e-commerce initiatives
  • Increase site traffic, page views, and digital downloads
  • Optimize SEO to improve organic search visibility
  • Improve email marketing platform performance
  • Lead development of digital tools and apps to enhance customer experience
  • Analyse digital analytics to track online performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers

Circumstances:

  • Ability to travel occasionally on short notice
  • Full clean driving license required
